It's been hard to keep it a secret, but the time is finally here! We're very excited to announce that eeZ Fusion & Sushi will be opening a brand new concept later this year.

Thanks to our loyal patrons, we are blessed with the opportunity to branch out and share our product through our new concept, The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar! The Cowfish is slated to open late Summer 2010, positioned right beside M5 at SouthPark Mall (in the same vicinity as Cheesecake Factory and Maggiano's). It's safe to say that we're about to do something that has never been done before, and we couldn't be more excited. We have something very unique in store. The Cowfish brings to the world the first restaurant focusing on offering both the best sushi AND the best burger in town, all under one roof!

Many familiar faces will focus on bringing the same level of excellence and intensity to The Cowfish that has been a tradition at eeZ. Partner Louis Camire, who's been with eeZ from day one, will operate The Cowfish. Executive Chef Mathew Turney, a long time developmental chef with the Darden Restaurant Group and leader at eeZ for the past two years, will oversee the kitchen operation. His challenge is to seamlessly streamline the "burger kitchen" and the "sushi kitchen", with the goal of the two separate kitchens operating in complete harmony. Master Sushi Chef Rifali Almunir brings his prideful artistry to The Cowfish, creating and executing the full sushi operation. Service Manager Allison Brumbles is excited to continue carrying out the high-level service experience in the front of the house that has been a ritual at eeZ from the beginning.
